The D3.3 Governance model description is the next step in designing the optimal Governance and Management model (GMM) for ECHO Network, based on selected most suitable alternative in D3.2 Governance alternatives. The document describes GMM in high-level design of five core processes executed in a Collaborative Networked Organisation (CNO) consisting of a Central Hub, National Hubs and Service Groups. The main bodies of these hubs are also described and organisational roles are assigned.

An important task of D3.3 is to inform the transition planning process to deliver the Transition Plan as D3.4 Governance model implementation plan executed in order to communicate to ECHO Partners and external Stakeholders the main results and direction of development of the future ECHO CNO.
